Fundraising Strategist by day and stage performer by night, Magen McRoberts has built a full service event fundraising firm that provides organizations with a one-stop-shop experience for all of their fundraising event needs.
Magen was raised by a fast-talking father in the real estate auction industry but spent over a decade of her career in the hospitality industry building her expertise in sales, marketing, branding, event execution, and most importantly surrounding herself with a phenomenal team.
Boundless has grown as a word-of-mouth business that serves close to 50 clients annually with event strategy and management, graphic design, fundraising consultation, and night-of services such as live auction performance, emcees, panel moderators, and event staffing. While Magen loves to assist her clients with every aspect of the event planning process, her heart for mission-driven organizations shines brightest from the stage when she's engaging donors to bid in a live auction or paddle raise experience.
Director of Operations
Jessica is an energetic and passionate member of the Boundless team – bringing over 20 years experience in the special event and hospitality industry to our company. Managing fine dining restaurants, planning and executing national corporate banquets and weddings, creating cultured and inspired wine lists and delivering detailed and memorable client experiences are all part of the package that make Jessica an amazing addition to our team. Her professional acumen, passion for the guest experience and love of culinary arts have helped her build successful teams, strategies, and valued long term business partnerships that promise to deliver unforgettable events. Jessica is ready to bring this history, knowledge and experience into the non-profit sector.
A native of Rochester, NY, Jessica moved to North Carolina in 2007 and fell in love with the warmer weather and people. After enjoying the exciting Raleigh market for 13 years, Jessica decided to follow her dream of living on the coast and settled in the picturesque town of Wilmington, NC in July 2020 with her loyal dog and cat by her side. Whether it’s the ocean, river, or marshland – near the water is where Jessica finds her peace and renewal, often reading, birding or exploring the native wildlife with her dog.
Having created, developed and overseen several successful teams in various demanding environments over the years, Jessica now brings her many talents to the Boundless Impact Agency as the Director of Operations.
Director of Events
Vanessa is a driven event professional bringing nearly 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, plus a CMP certification to the Boundless team. Over the past years, she has prided herself in providing a strategic vision in planning and executing corporate meetings and events, banquets, weddings, as well as non-profit meetings and events. Her professional passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, love of the arts, travel, unique food and red wine stem from what she desires in her own experiences. Vanessa is ready to revitalize her knowledge and history within the nonprofit world.
Fundraising and events have been in Dorie’s blood since she started as a volunteer in the Members Guild of the High Museum of Art. She loved it enough to start her career working with nonprofits, where she began managing the Guild, overseeing 1000 volunteers and their related programming and events.
Since that time, Dorie has worked with a variety of Atlanta non-profits, including the Atlanta Ballet, the Georgia Center for Childhood Advocacy, Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Families First, managing their fundraising events and programs. With each organization, she has been able to hone her skills in event management and bring her passion for supporting charitable organizations.
She says that events are a ‘team sport’ (even though sports are not her personal thing!), because she loves to bring together the best resources and talent to make an event successful with designers, audio visual staff, production and, most importantly, volunteers. Working for Boundless allows all those resources to be available in one place to give her clients the best possible service.
In addition to her paid event work, she is also very involved with Meeting Professionals International,Georgia Chapter, as a board member working with Strategic Sponsorship and Education, and a board member with the Dunwoody Nature Center. This past year, she became even more virtual, earning her certificate in Virtual Events and Meeting Management from the Event Leadership Institute.
Peggy has always had a passion for working with nonprofit organizations. This started in the form of volunteering for different organizations after college while employed in the banking industry, and led to taking on roles as an event chairperson for these organizations, and ultimately resulted in an exciting career change.
Peggy is a long-time nonprofit professional, spending many years as program and events director for a few different nonprofit organizations. Peggy now brings those skills and experiences to Boundless to assist our nonprofit clients with their own event and fundraising needs. Originally from Michigan, Peggy left the north to go to the University of Florida and has resided in the south ever since. Married with two college-aged children, Peggy and her family have called the Atlanta area home for a couple decades now.
Peggy is an Account Director with Boundless and enjoys working with the many clients and helping them reach their fundraising goals, which in turn makes their nonprofit missions a reality!
Project Support Specialist
Stephanie is thrilled to join the Boundless team as our first Support Specialist. She will not only be bringing her 20-year passion for client relations to the team, but also her lifelong experience of working in the nonprofit world as an Atlanta native. In her free time, her love for people and fun naturally led her into event planning with former employers, friends and family. Combine event planning with her overwhelming desire to help the nonprofits of Atlanta, and Boundless was the perfect fit! As a Support Specialist she will be ensuring an exceptional experience to our clients, while actively supporting the Account Directors as they help tell the amazing stories that our clients are excited to share!
Stephanie and her husband love living in the Candler Park area where they can ride to Fernbank, Decatur, or the Beltline. If their 17 year old is feeling generous, he’ll occasionally grace them with his presence as well. They don’t typically take their two Rottweilers, Mitch and Farley, with them though as they scare people off pretty quickly. They really are just big teddy bears that love people too!
Growing up around non-profit event planning, Julia sparked a passion for the fundraising world. She combines her passion and organizational skills to cultivate the perfect fundraiser.
Her previous experience in silent and live auction management, along with event day oversight, ensures Julia has all the skills to put on an efficient, impactful and enjoyable event.
Julia graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising. She is a native Atlantan and is excited to make a positive impact on her hometown.

Having worked in various countries around the world, from the UK, to Russia & China, Jordan Campbell brings a flair for fundraising impact strategy & event development to Boundless and her clients - as well as to his role as Benefit Auctioneer, Host & Emcee.
A First-Class Honours graduate from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, Jordan founded & built two Event & Staffing companies across China & Asia, which continue successfully to this day. Jordan brings this depth of experience to Boundless, where he serves as Chief Strategy Officer, as Boundless continues to flourish & support clients in their amazing quests.
An award-winning Public Speaker, Emcee & Certified Fundraising Auctioneer, Jordan loves to engage guests in a professional & interactive fashion. Having spoken in front of the British Royal Family & at a range of galas & events around the world, Jordan is passionate about getting on stage & creating a memorable connection with the audience as Fundraising Auctioneer & Event Emcee.
Jordan loves to Auctioneer, interact with people and promote great causes, & has a keen passion for building teams & enhancing fundraising events. A huge football (soccer!) fan, Jordan adores spending time with friends battling it out on the field, before having a cold beer and later putting his feet up to watch Netflix!
